So, what is Urban Tri all about?
The Urban Tri is a unique fitness challenge hosted by us, the team @Balance_Festival. The event consists of three disciplines, with the sessions being led by some of London’s top trainers, influencers and instructors and taking place in iconic locations around the city.
When and where?
The Urban Tri is taking place on 30 September, starting from various locations across London, with all participants finishing at Shoreditch Electric Light Station.
Where does the money go?
The Urban Tri is proud to support Project Waterfall, an initiative delivering clean drinking water to schools in African countries. Access to safe, clean water is a crucial step in breaking the poverty cycle. Diseases from unsafe water and lack of basic sanitation kill more people each year than all forms of violence, including war. With your help, we can bring water into communities and help lift them out of poverty for good.
How do I get there?
Each Urban Tri 17 Reunion ‘wave’ will depart from a different Studio starting location. Please check your starting studio location address online, or contact the Balance team: hello@balance-festival.com

A changing area, and in some cases lockers, are available at Studio starting locations and at Oval Space. However, please note personal belongings are left for collection later at participants’ own risk and will not be transported between Urban Tri locations on your behalf.
Where are the restrooms/areas to get changed?
If you are starting at a studio, there will be restrooms onsite available for your use.
If you are starting at an outdoor location please use a restroom before starting the event.
The final location, Shoreditch Electric Light Station, will have restrooms available for your use.
Will there be showers?
